Clinton, Obama Slam Each Other

Democratic candidates Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama relentlessly attacked each other as the choice for the Election 2008 Democratic candidate comes closer. Both are turning up the heat on the 'I'm better than him/her' speeches. The recent debate about health plans has exposed the flaws of both viables and entire nation is preparing to accept or reject the Democratic Convention results. According to the Associated Press and Clinton, Obama's plan, if put into action with no edits, will leave 15 million people uncovered for health care and is "a plan crafted for politics, not for people." Obama reacts strongly to this statement and bluntly explains that Clinton's plan is to force everyone to buy health insurance and not tell them how much the fine would be if unpayable. He says his plan allows a $2,500 annual savings and goes very far into cutting costs, which makes him stand out in the Democratic race.

Even the aides of both competitors are suggesting solutions, only to find themselves bombed by the opposing side. The public awaits the Democratic Convention to determine the US's health care future if the next President is a Dem.
